Bangor north down store, had a lovely helpful young lady give me advise on 28th may excellent customer service. Unfortunately returned on the Monday 31st served by a mature lady who let’s just say should not be in customer service. I left furious at this assistant, rolling her eyes and making comments to another member of staff.

Received in the mail today my 2 nail polishes. One of them busted open in the envelope and there is blue polish all through the packaging , order slip, and the other polish that was with it. It was packed very very poorly; no wonder it busted. I have emailed customer service and am awaiting a response as to what can be done to correct this. I really liked the shades I ordered so I’m hoping they fix this. Will report back their actions.
Update 5-26-21. …crickets following my email. Then today, in the mail, comes the replacement blue shade-yay!! It was properly packed in that air puff packaging ( like it should have been in the first place) and was perfectly fine. Nothing in the box in the form of apology though. IDK, maybe my expectations are too high, but I think some type of outreach should have occurred. Ya know, that customer service thing. ????????‍♀️ Regardless, I have my blue polish. Before I can use the yellow polish, I will have to soak it in a nail polish remover bath since it is covered in blue polish. Guess I’ll add that to my things to get to list. Sally Beauty resolved the issue, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve ordered many other nail polishes before from other sites and have received them without damage. I will return to the other sites for future polish needs that have proven reliable.

I can't say enough good things. I don't go to sally often but when I do the staff are always so friendly! The nanaimo location.. amazing!!! They helped me out when I just needed to get a hold of a tow truck without buying anything and we're just the loveliest. The second I went in not knowing all the supplies I needed in order to achieve the color wanted and again she was so friendly and easy to talk to. She even wrote down the instructions for me. Truly appreciative of all the help received from the staff.

Lake Mary location! I went in to get blue hair dye and they had exactly what i needed but the ladies at the counter were telling me wrong information and i had to come back after i dyed my hair and buy more products. A few days later I came back in to return what I did not use and the lady behind the counter was so sweet! Her name was Brianna and she helped me out with no problems. She was sweet, funny, and just an awesome employee who knew what she was doing.

NOT GOOD HAIR CLIPPERS. IT BROKE DOWN IN THE MIDDLE OF ME CUTTING MY CUSTOMER HAIR. VERY UNHAPPY. CANT RETURN. 100$ DOWN THE DRAIN. VERY MAD.

I ordered a curl machine from them, arrived within the given period of time. It was in good condition. Its actually easier to use than i thought. Helps me get silky smooth curl.

You have the maximum learned and supportive personnel who treat assist cautiously. However, you're now not much less expensive, so i would advise you to different humans, as nicely.

It says to use twice a day, but I use it every other day. This made my skin firmer and tighter / toned after just a couple of uses. I love this and would highly recommend.

I purchased the large orange curl rods. They arrived within a few days in time for me to use them over the weekend. After washing my hair and applying foam to roll my hair in a twist out style the results were better than expected. The curls were bouncy and just the right size. I will also try smaller rod sizes as I experiment with different styles from herinvestingthings.com

My first online order went swimmingly - no issues, quick dispatch and very happy with my purchase. My second order online (which was a Christmas gift) was cancelled five days after I made it, which was just before Christmas, no reason given, just an automated email. My order was obviously bumped in favour of someone who made a purchase after me. No response when I emailed querying it.
